  • Injury Management: Assist with workers' compensation cases, treatment plan monitoring, and Return-to-Work (RTW) programs.

  • Occupational Health Services: Support pre-employment and post-offer screenings, Physical Assessment Testing (PATs), and other workplace health initiatives.

  • Medical Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records using electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

  • Safety Collaboration: Work closely with construction site safety professionals, supervisors, and Medcor's clinical leadership.

  • OSHA Recordkeeping: Assist with maintaining workplace injury and illness documentation.

  • Employee Wellness: Promote a safe, healthy work environment through patient education and injury prevention support.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

  • Current EMT certification/licensure appropriate for practice in Wisconsin.

  • Current CPR/BLS certification.

  • Strong clinical assessment and emergency response skills.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and provide professional, compassionate patient care.

  • Comfortable working in an active construction environment, including climbing stairs and working at heights when necessary.

  • Ability to lift and carry a 50-pound emergency response bag.

  • Flexibility to accept occasional shifts based on clinic needs and personal availability.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in occupational health, construction site medical services, or workplace injury management.

  • Background in EMS, emergency medicine, or urgent care.

  • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

  • Experience with workers' compensation or Return-to-Work programs.
