Medcor is looking to hire a full-time EMT, Paramedic, or LPN to serve as the Clinic Manager in our employer-based occupational health clinic in Hampton, GA.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced healthcare professional who enjoys working independently, taking ownership of clinic operations, and building relationships while still providing direct patient care. As Clinic Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operation of the onsite clinic while serving as a trusted healthcare resource for employees and our client.
You'll have the opportunity to use your clinical skills outside of a traditional ambulance, hospital, or healthcare setting while working a consistent Monday–Friday schedule with no overnight shifts.
What You'll Do
This is a hands-on leadership position combining patient care, clinic operations, case management, and client partnership. You'll work closely with Medcor leadership and key client stakeholders, including Safety, Human Resources, Environmental Health & Safety, and Benefits teams.
A typical day may include:
Managing daily clinic operations and health service functions
Providing first aid evaluation and treatment for workplace injuries and illnesses
Assessing and triaging employees using Medcor's evidence-based Medcor Care Protocols (MCPs)
Managing workers' compensation cases and supporting Return-to-Work (RTW) programs
Monitoring treatment plans and coordinating with outside medical providers
Supporting onsite employee health and wellness initiatives
Performing pre-employment and post-offer screenings
Maintaining accurate documentation using electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Partnering with client Safety, HR, Benefits, and Environmental teams
Collaborating with local healthcare providers and third-party administrators
Managing clinic supplies, compliance processes, and general administrative responsibilities
Building strong relationships with employees, client leadership, and the Medcor team
What We're Looking For
You Must:
Be a currently licensed EMT, Paramedic, or LPN
Hold a current CPR/BLS certification
Be comfortable taking ownership of clinic operations and providing day-to-day leadership
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Be comfortable working independently while collaborating with remote leadership and client partners
Have strong computer and technology skills, including familiarity with EMR systems
Be able to lift a 50 lb. emergency response bag
Be passionate about providing excellent patient care and customer service
Bring a positive, professional, and proactive approach to your work
It's a Plus If:
You have previous occupational health or workplace clinic experience
You have previous leadership, supervisory, or clinic management experience
You have experience with workers' compensation or case management
You have a background in emergency medicine, EMS, urgent care, or a similar clinical environment
