Microsoft Dynamics Developer

Medcor is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to support and enhance our enterprise systems across multiple lines of business. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering scalable Dynamics 365 solutions that improve operational efficiency and drive business outcomes.

The compensation for this position is starting at $115,000, with higher earning potential based on experience

You’ll partner closely with internal stakeholders to understand business needs, translate them into technical solutions, and continuously optimize our Dynamics 365 environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with Business and Systems Analysts to translate business requirements into technical specifications

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem

  • Customize and configure Dynamics 365 (CRM/CE) to align with business needs

  • Build and maintain integrations using tools such as Azure DevOps, SQL Server, Power Platform, and SharePoint

  • Perform ETL processes and manage data integrations within Dynamics 365

  • Support system upgrades, patching, and ongoing maintenance of cloud environments

  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify improvement opportunities

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end users

  • Lead or support user training initiatives to drive adoption and efficiency

  • Ensure compliance with IT architecture, security standards, and best practices

  • Contribute to ongoing system enhancements and technical strategy

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 4+ years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years with Microsoft Dynamics 365

  • Experience across the full software development lifecycle (design, coding, testing, deployment)

  • Strong technical skills in:

    • .NET

    • JavaScript

    • Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)

    • Dataverse

  • Experience with Microsoft BI tools (SSIS, SSRS, SSMS)

  • Experience with ETL tools such as SSIS or KingswaySoft

Nice to Have

  • 5+ years of experience

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification

  • Experience in healthcare or a regulated industry

  • Experience with Azure DevOps (TFS/VSTS)

  • Strong SQL and data integration experience

  • Experience building and extending cloud-based Dynamics environments
