Medcor is looking to hire a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse to be an Onsite Clinic Lead in our employer-based occupational health clinic in Memphis, TN. The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, 8:00pm-6:30am.
The compensation for this position is $33.00-$42.00/hour based upon licensure and experience.

What You'll Do
Support the daily operations of an onsite occupational health clinic.
Serve as a clinical resource and assist with training and mentoring team members.
Act as a primary point of contact for client communications when clinic leadership is unavailable.
Provide triage, assessment, treatment, referral, and follow-up care for workplace injuries and illnesses.
Perform occupational health services including drug and alcohol testing, hearing conservation, spirometry, fit testing, and other employment-related screenings.
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation within the electronic medical record.
Conduct chart audits and assist with quality improvement initiatives.
Partner with onsite management, Human Resources, Environmental Health & Safety, and other stakeholders to support employee health and wellness programs.
Assist with clinic inventory management, reporting, compliance activities, and annual clinic audits.
Qualifications
Required:
High School Diploma or GED.
Current LPN/LVN, or RN license/certification.
Current BLS/CPR certification.
Minimum of one year of clinical experience in your field.
Preferred:
Two or more years of clinical experience.
Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
Occupational health, employee health, workers' compensation, or workplace safety experience.
Experience with medical record documentation and reporting systems.
