Medcor is looking to hire a Registered Nurse on a PRN basis (as-needed) to be an Onsite Health Nurse in our employer based, occupational health clinic in Rialto, CA. The clinic operates 24/7 with multiple shift scheduled available. The Onsite Health & Wellness Technician plays a critical role in delivering Medcor's Workplace Health Management services by performing onsite nursing services related to injury and illness evaluation and treatment at assigned client worksite. The role serves as a resource, point of contact and liaison for the administration and continuous improvement of health and wellness programs for our valued customers.
The hours of the clinic are as follows:
Saturday & Sunday: 7:00am - 7:00pm; 7:00pm - 7:00am
Monday - Friday:
7:00am - 3:00pm; 3:00pm - 11:00pm; 11:00pm - 7:00am
Pay Range: $41 - $48 based upon work experience.
**Since this is on an as needed basis there are no guaranteed hours. If you have the availability to pick up an occasional shift we invite you to apply.**
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Collaborate and work with cross-functional partners, including onsite client department managers, human resources, environmental health & safety and security to ensure the integration and coordination of services are consistent with standardized operations, Medcor patient care guidelines and client policies and procedures.
